Big grocery chains get into gluten-free trend

More big grocery store chains are following their smaller supermarket counterparts in offering gluten-free products. ShopRite, which stocks up to 200 types of gluten-free products, recently held a wheat-free-foods educational event in a Delaware store in recognition of a growing customer-base. The National Grocers Association says gluten-free products are an increasingly important part of a store's offerings.
