AGC selects Minn. bridge as most significant construction project of 2008

The Associated General Contractors of America has selected the I-35W Bridge in Minneapolis as the most significant construction project of 2008. The new span over the Mississippi river replaced the bridge that collapsed in August 2007. Colorado's Flatiron Construction and Washington's Manson Construction finished the structure on budget and ahead of schedule.
