Climate change's effects start to impact Missouri

Missouri residents can expect to see increasing effects of climate change in the coming years, scientists say in a new report. Climate change could mean shorter winters, a shift in local plants and wildlife and increased flooding. Scientists believe average temperatures in Missouri could rise between 3 and 7 degrees during the next 100 years.
