Groups dispute study challenging feasibility of green buildings

Experts in several fields dispute a recent study that found the achievement of certain energy efficiency targets in commercial buildings were not financially feasible. The U.S. Green Building Council was among the groups that criticized the study and stated that LEED-certified buildings were "proof-positive that you can achieve 30% and greater energy efficiency using integrated design with little or no additional first costs."
