Hilton CEO explains how travel trends are changing

Chris Nassetta, chief executive of Hilton Hotels, says that travelers are re-evaluating the value of hospitality, opting for basic good service rather than conspicuous consumption. He said that while the economic downturn has resulted in a wholesale drop in demand, he believes that people's desire to stay in hotels and to travel remains.
