Cell phones lead BBB's 2009 complaint count

The number of complaints received by BBB increased 10% in 2009, with banks, cable companies and the cell phone industry receiving the highest number of complaints. Even though billing practices at cell phone companies sparked the largest number of complaints, BBB's Alison Southwick says carriers are likely to resolve the issue when customers file complaints.
