FSA's Turner urges caution in limiting sovereign CDS:

U.K. Financial Services Authority Chairman Adair Turner said regulators need to carefully think about restricting trading of sovereign credit default swaps. "If we get into the environment of banning naked CDS, we need to think very carefully about the details of it," Turner said. "The one thing I would caution is that any idea that what has been going on with Greece over the last two months is fundamentally driven by naked CDS shorting of the sovereign, that would be hugely oversimplistic."
