Rockfish CEO: Small Agency accolade led to big things

Since Rockfish Interactive was named Advertising Age's Small Agency of the Year in 2009, the Arkansas agency has added staff and answered numerous inquiries from marketers, chief executive Kenny Tomlin writes. "The next Small Agency of the Year will quickly have to figure out how to manage a significant increase of RFPs without taking too much time away from current client work," Tomlin advises.
