How schools can help strengthen their networks

The Consortium for School Networking's Smart Education Networks Design initiative has released seven guidelines to help schools build strong, reliable school networks. The suggestions, released in conjunction with Qualcomm Technologies, include building capacity for bring-your-own-device programs, recognizing that education networks have become a critical infrastructure component and developing rigorous security.
