Ind. Marriott to hire, train workers with disabilities

A 150-room Marriott Courtyard hotel will be built in Muncie, Ind., and people with disabilities will be hired for at least 20% of positions, including some management jobs. Two businesses owned by people with disabilities will be opened within the facility, organizers said. The hotel also will offer post-secondary education for people with disabilities and be a training ground for teaching human resources professionals how to hire workers with special needs.
