CBO highlights 10 ways to cover cost of war

The Congressional Budget Office outlined 10 ways the federal government could raise funds to cover a war with Iraq, assuming a $100 billion price tag. Among the proposals are subjecting all income to the social security tax, increasing the federal gas tax, increasing cigarette taxes, ending the tax break for alcohol fuels and curtailing farm subsidies.
