Opinion: Health insurance bill would aid small shops

Small businesses are paying higher insurance premiums than their larger counterparts and seeing cutbacks in health services. The Health Insurance Partnership could make insurance more affordable for small businesses and their employees if legislators in Washington state approve it, says a shop owner in a guest column for the Seattle Post-Intelligencer.
