Shareholders may target banks for mortgage-related losses

Wall Street banks failed to prevent their mortgage-related losses, according to groups of vocal shareholders. The shareholders are threatening to vote against several directors at upcoming shareholder meetings. Morgan Stanley is likely to be the first target as its shareholder meeting on April 8 precedes those of other banks.
