Migraines during pregnancy raise risk of stroke

A U.S. study that included almost 34,000 pregnant women found those who had migraines were 15 times more likely to have a stroke. Researchers said these women also were twice as likely to have heart disease and three times more likely to develop blood clots and vascular problems.
