Pa. landscaper establishes grant for year of free work

Pennsylvania landscaper Nikos Phelps is asking for nominations for the Yannis Floros Landscaping Grant. Phelps, who will provide free landscaping for a year for a family in need, owns Utopian Landscapes in Harrisburg, Pa. Phelps named the award after his uncle, who always lent a helping hand to his community in Greece.
