Willis Group may take 125,000 square feet in Chicago's Sears Tower

The London-headquartered insurance brokerage firm Willis Group Holdings is looking into consolidating all of its Chicago area offices in one space in the Sears Tower, taking as much as 125,000 square feet. The deal hasn't been signed, but if it closes, the transaction would be a welcome shot in the arm for the Sears Tower, which is facing rising vacancies as existing tenants decide against renewing.
