Khmer Rouge sites designated as tourist attractions

Cambodia will preserve 14 sites used by the Khmer Rouge -- including the home of its leader, Pol Pot -- as tourist attractions. The sites at Anlong Veng include an ammunition warehouse and the homes of leaders of the Khmer Rouge, a regime in which some 1.7 million people died from execution, disease and malnutrition.
