Poll: 67% of Americans oppose Internet gambling

The majority of Americans oppose legalizing Internet gambling and sports betting, according to a Fairleigh Dickinson University PublicMind poll. The telephone poll found that 67% opposed legalizing Internet gambling and 53% opposed legalizing sports betting. However, 33% of respondents visited a casino in the past year, and 20% have participated in office betting pools.
