ExxonMobil is planning to auction off its downstream properties in New Zealand, which includes 183 fueling stations and a 19.2% interest in the country's sole refinery, according to a newspaper report. The company is the second oil major seeking to opt out of the country after Shell, which is close to finalizing an agreement for its downstream assets.
