Survey: Plugged-in workers annoy their families

Some 23% of workers who have to be electronically connected after hours to their jobs, such as through cell phones or e-mail, say it has caused problems with their friends and family, a CareerBuilder survey finds. "The lines between work and life can be very blurry these days -- 17% of workers said they feel like their work day never ends because of technology connecting them to the office," says Rosemary Haefner, vice president of human resources for CareerBuilder.
