Tool turns fan pages into customer-service hubs

Customer-support startup Get Satisfaction is rolling out a system that turns Facebook fan pages into fully functioning customer-service centers. The service adds a tab to companies' fan pages, letting customers post questions or feedback and instantly receive links to similar previous queries. The system has already been adopted by big brands such as Nike and Procter & Gamble, and a version targeting small businesses is scheduled for release soon.
