Tweedie: SEC should allow U.S. acceptance of IFRS

The Securities and Exchange Commission's decision on whether to incorporate International Financial Reporting Standards into the U.S. financial-reporting system will be crucial this year, International Accounting Standards Board Chairman Sir David Tweedie said at a U.S. Chamber of Commerce event March 10.
