Spelling bee runs out of words

A spelling bee in Jackson County, Mo., was thrown into chaos last month when the pair of finalists successfully spelled all the words judges threw at them. After 66 rounds, officials were forced to suspend the bee for several weeks while they came up with a new list of suitably challenging words for the students in fifth and seventh grades.
