Entrance requirements could prevent Colorado from making full use of vouchers

Colorado private schools say they use a host of criteria to screen applicants, which may raise difficulties for students using vouchers to transfer. Requirements used include academic and IQ tests as well as, in some cases, an examination of the student's religious background.
