Companies ask Congress for steel-price relief

Representatives of small manufacturers Wednesday told Congress that increasing steel prices may put them out of business and asked lawmakers for help. Some companies that use steel have asked the government to limit exports of scrap metal, increasing the amount of raw material available in the U.S.
