Opinion: Technology can make schools run more efficiently

The education industry should treat technology as an investment rather than an operating expense, argues Denis P. Doyle, co-founder and chief administrative officer of SchoolNet Inc. In the long run, a capital investment in technology would pay for itself with increased productivity, Doyle says.
