Bacteria in frozen food may be linked to Crohn's

Australian researchers have discovered that a bacteria in the digestive system of about half of those with Crohn's disease also thrives in frozen food. The chief of gastroenterology for Royal Children's Hospital said, "The worldwide increase in Crohn's disease far exceeds anything that can be explained by a genetic predisposition alone," but said it was not known if this bacteria could be the trigger.
