Though 76% of cell users access mobile Web, ads lag

Studies show that globally there are more cell phones than personal computers, making the opportunities for marketing over mobile devices -- particularly those able to access the Web -- seemingly limitless. R/GA chief executive officer Bob Greenberg said: "I always hear about the cell phone as being the 'third screen,' but I think about it as the first one. It's with me all the time."
