India creates Web site to aid citizens with disabilities

A new Indian Web site, Punarbhava.in, offers help to up to 60 million residents with disabilities via online discussions, information about assistive devices and a Web-based "court" while also seeking to establish a more accurate head count of those with disabilities. Advocates say the site is a good first step, but that more needs to be done.
