UN: Taliban hurts aid efforts in Afghanistan

Attacks by the Taliban have left one-tenth of Afghanistan inaccessible for aid workers, a new United Nations report says. Violence last year was at the highest level since 2001, leaving three dozen southern and eastern districts off-limits for Afghan officials and aid supply groups, the UN said.
