U.S. gets another "D" grade for mental-health services

The U.S. received another "D" grade for mental-health services on a report card by the National Alliance on Mental Illness. The advocacy group said the country has made only marginal improvements in care for the mentally ill since it received a "D" grade three years ago. The group also warned that state budget cuts could further threaten mental health care services.
