Milwaukee residents are divided about high-speed rail

Milwaukee-area residents remain divided about a proposed high-speed rail system that would link the city with Chicago and Madison, Wis., even after the federal government doled out millions to help fund the project. A poll shows that 51.5% of residents support the high-speed rail project, while 46.2% oppose it.
