Janet Yellen will be nominated by President Barack Obama as vice chairwoman of the Federal Reserve, a source said. Since 2004, Yellen has been president of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. She appears to be one of the more dovish of the Fed's 12 regional presidents and supports the policies of Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke. Obama's choices to fill three Fed leadership positions likely will shape dynamics at the central bank, experts said.
