O'Hare scanner installed, undergoing testing

Chicago O'Hare has completed installation of its first full-body scanner, though the machine is not yet in use, according to Aviation Commissioner Rosemarie Andolino. "The TSA is working through their training right now so they can fully execute this in a manner that adheres to the safety we need and continue to provide at our airports, as well as acknowledging the inconvenience to the customers," she says. The scanner has been installed in United Airlines' Terminal One.
