T-Mobile brings HSPA+ stick to Philly on Sunday

T-Mobile USA will introduce the nation's first HSPA+ 3G upgrade plan this weekend when it begin selling its USB dongle on Sunday in Philadelphia, a technology that could triple the wireless-connectivity speeds of users from normal 3G service. The carrier, which has not disclosed future expansion markets, will charge just under $100 -- with a two-year contract -- for its "webConnect Rocket USB Laptop Stick," plus $60 a month for 5GB of downloads.
