Adults can't find the time to eat right, exercise, survey shows

An American Heart Association survey found 90% of people want to improve their health but 80% found it difficult to eat enough fruits and vegetables and 60% had trouble getting recommended levels of exercise. The data showed only 12% of adults regularly practice healthy habits such as eating a nutritious diet, exercising, and properly brushing and flossing their teeth.
