Cloud players trim prices to lure customers

Microsoft, Google and Amazon are hoping moves to lower their cloud-computing prices will attract new customers and provide a greater return on investment for users. Microsoft, for instance, has cut the cost of its Azure Storage service, its six-month storage plan and its Azure Extra Small Compute.
