Grain elevators to rise near BNSF rail route in N.D.

Traffic along BNSF's rail corridor in Morton County, N.D., is expected to increase as two grain elevator facilities are planned along the Class I's tracks. The elevators would have a loading capacity for 110-car trains. Southwest Grain plans to invest $20 million for its elevator project, while Archer Daniels Midland is proceeding with its 2.6 million bushel capacity project.
