Company issues recall of cat food for possible low thiamine levels

Diamond Pet Foods issued a voluntary recall of five types of cat food after internal testing suggested there was inadequate thiamine in the products. Meanwhile, Salmonella contamination led to recalls of 5-pound bags of Turducken Canine Diet -- 8 oz. Patties manufactured by Steve's Real Food and one lot of Diggin' Your Dog's Strippin' Chicks Pet Treats.
