Hotels look for ways to cater to women travelers

Hotel brands are looking for ways to serve women, who account for a large percentage of business travelers and are generally in charge of family purchasing decisions. Hyatt surveyed women and used their feedback to introduce the "Hyatt Has It" program, which provides travelers with access to products they may have accidentally left at home. However, women-only hotel floors are becoming less popular.
