Iberdrola asks FERC to OK proposed tariff in BPA area

Iberdrola Renewables has asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to approve a proposed tariff and service agreement that would allow the company to market its generation imbalance services to others in areas serviced by the Bonneville Power Administration. "By managing resources under the tariff, Iberdrola Renewables and participating third parties can balance their wind generation more efficiently, and can lessen their exposure to excessive wind integration costs and wind curtailments from Bonneville," Iberdrola said in its request to FERC.
