Inclusion policy could affect usefulness of NAEP results

The National Center for Education Statistics is studying how a board-issued policy requiring more inclusion of students with disabilities and English-language learners in the annual National Assessment of Educational Progress will affect trend data. The board will calculate results using the older policy for this spring's tests and then examine how the newer inclusive policy affects those scores.
