Banks increased lending to small businesses in February, pushing through 15.9% of loans that ranged from $25,000 to $3 million. That's a tick up from the 15.3% reported in January and 11.7% seen a year earlier, reports Biz2Credit. "Small business lending is a profitable business," Biz2Credit CEO Rohit Arora said in a statement. "I'm surprised it has taken so long for some players to get back into the game."
