Md. officials call for all-you-can eat fruits, veggies in schools

Members of the Montgomery County Council in Maryland are proposing local schools make unlimited quantities of fruits and vegetables available to students. District officials, however, say such a plan is not financially feasible. Other council recommendations include preparing more made-from-scratch meals, limiting sugar and giving students greater access to water.
