Minn. center to focus on local tenants under new owner

Calhoun Square in Minneapolis is set to close in early April and the buyer plans to rejigger the mix of tenants when the deal is done to include more local companies in an effort to differentiate itself from competitors. Stuart Ackerberg, of Minneapolis-based The Ackerberg Group, said he might try to counteract some of the recent efforts to bring on board national tenants such as H&M, LA Fitness and CB2.
