Block Real Estate Services want to build a 12-story office tower in Kansas City, Mo. The $78 million building would have a precast concrete exterior and a garage covered with precast panels. The 188,000-square-foot structure is designed by Hoefer Wysocki Architecture, according to this article, which includes photos of renderings. The "goal is to not only build a building for users, but to create something unique," said Block Real Estate's Ken Block.
