A Gallup poll on well-being found that adults in Vermont were most likely to report exercising for at least 30 minutes on three or more days per week, while those in Delaware were least likely to get frequent exercise. Vermont adults also reported eating the most produce, while their peers in Oklahoma reported the lowest level of produce consumption among the states.
