Videoconference promotes understanding

Students from Bloomfield, Conn., last week participated in 90-minute videoconference with a group of Iraqi students as part of a program to encourage understanding of diverse cultures. Students in about 50 U.S. schools and one in Costa Rica viewed the conference, which was sponsored by New York City's Global Nomads Group.
