Milk-drinkers have lower risks of pre-term delivery

Pregnant women who drink four glasses of milk a day can reduce their chances of premature birth, according to a study by the World Health Organization. "Women under 20 are at particular risk of these complications and would benefit from consuming more calcium," a WHO official said. "All women should be sure that they have at least 1.2 grams of calcium during pregnancy."
