Money flows to Web 2.0

Google's acquisition of online word processing software startup Writely is just the latest in a string of purchases of new, interactive applications by older, more established Web companies. Yahoo!'s purchase of tagging site and Microsoft's development of interactive Web 2.0 tools in Windows Live are further examples of how the Web is changing into a less static, more dynamic and collaborative environment.
